Upon purchasing a subscription, Magma Indicators grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal trading. ● ● You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the indicator. ● The Software remains the intellectual property of Magma Indicators.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscriptions and payments are securely processed through our third-party merchant of record, Whop (whop.com).

  • By subscribing, you agree to Whop’s terms of service and billing policies.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Access to the Software is tied to an active subscription. If your payment fails or your subscription is canceled, access to the Software will be revoked.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magma Indicators, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, financial trading losses, data loss, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Software..

4. Modifications to the Software

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software or any features at any time without prior notice.
